Chemo Effects Hit!

October 27 to 28, 2007 (DAYS 63 to 64)

October 27, 2007 (Day 63)

CHEMO EFFECTS HIT!

Flu-like symptoms...bullshit! This is worse than any college hangover, labor, post op recovery or curse! The pain is unbearable. Deep bone pain, muscle spasms, belly pain, nausea. No position is soothing. I curl up in a ball and sob. I'm dying. This is what it feels like to die. Rand keeps vigil. My medication arrives at bedside as ordered and force fed with plenty of fluids. Tough love. That’s what you need at a time like this. Rand embraces me and reassures that death is not knocking, but that it's the chemo killing the bad stuff inside of me.

CELL STORM MARINE SNIPER BRIGADE!  This sucks!

Chemo Effect Hit..... and they suck!
So much for feeling great and being on top of the world....

October 28, 2007 (Day 64)

Our daughter Lyndsay moved into her new home this weekend. Her and her boyfriend Matt did the majority of the move themselves. I've always helped my kids with their moves and it has really bothered me that I wasn't able to help this time. I'll go to her house when I’m feeling better and decorate. Let me tell you about Lyndsay. She is my third child. We nicknamed her Lucy as a baby (short for Lucifer). She was a little hellion.

As an adult she is so together and such a giving child. She calls me everyday, is always there when I need her and is one of my greatest joys. Thank you Lyndsay for you’re giving spirit and holding things together when the world falls apart. You're such a blessing.

Tiffany, Cathie and Lyndsay

I LOVE YOU
